Who are we?

The Caladium SME Community is a non-profit initiative by Caladium Consulting, born out of a passion to build a thriving community where small businesses can connect, learn, and grow. Our mission is simple: to create spaces where entrepreneurs can access the tools, strategies, and networks they need to succeed in today’s challenging business environment.

Since 2018, through flagship events like the Lagos SME Bootcamp—co-founded by Ayo Bankole Akintujoye and Oluwaseun Durojaiye—we’ve built a platform for knowledge-sharing, collaboration, and capacity-building. These events are designed to address the real-world challenges SMEs face, equipping participants with practical strategies to create market-ready products, navigate an evolving economy, and seize emerging opportunities.
